Calculate Fiscal Year Period

Hi,

In attempt to expand on the expression from a previous post - Solved: Need current fiscal year int to pass as parameter ... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com), I am trying to systematically create a folder based on the start of the fiscal year 2023 on a specific date period (ie: starts May 1, 2022 at 00:00 and ends April 29, 2023 at 23:59); then systematically calculate the next fiscal year 2024 (ie: starts April 30, 2023 at 00:00 - ends April 27, 2024 at 23:59) and creates a new folder for that fiscal year for files to get dumped into.  The problem I am running into is that the start of the fiscal year doesn't always start on the same day (including leap years).  Is Power Automate smart enough to calculate this or do we need to manually define the period each year?

Any pointers would greatly be appreciated.
