Patch to a SharePoint multi person type column with only the persons' display names

Hello all,

I have a canvas application in which I have the approvers' display names that are looked up from a multi person type column from a SharePoint list using the below formula in a Text label

"LookUp('Requisition Approvers', 'Requesting Lot'.Value = Dropdown_RequestingLot.Selected.Value && 'Purchase Requisition Limit'.Value = Label_POLimit.Text, Concat('Commercial Approver Name'.DisplayName,DisplayName,","))"

What I need is to be able to patch those same names into another SharePoint list in a multi person column as well. However, I'm not able to use the "Office365Users.SearchUser({searchTerm:Label_CommercialApproverName.Text})" formula because it is only able to lookup one name. it doesn't work when there is more than one name.

I also tried the below formula but it keeps giving me a network error which I believe is because I don't have the person's email.

"Patch(
'Requisition Form',
Defaults('Requisition Form'),
{
'Technical Approver Name 2': Table(
{
'@odata.type':"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedUser",
Claims: "i:0#.f|membership|",
Department: "",
DisplayName: Label_CommercialApproverName.Text,
Email: "",
JobTitle: "",
Picture: ""
}
)});"

Can anyone help please? Thank you!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    If you want to copy the Person values from list A to list B, I made sample for you.
