Hi I'm stuck plese help
i have an app that internal users can use fine, I can share it with guests who are not part of another tenancy, and works correctly for those but when I invite guests who are part of another tenancy they get the error.
"Error when trying to retrieve data from the network: Login failed for user ''. The server is not currently configured to accept this token.
I have tried using a different browser incognito in case it was getting confused over which tenancy to allow access but cant get past it
