Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
Do you want to display your Gallery like the data grid within the Data table control?
If you want to display your Gallery like the data grid within the Data table control (with headings and alternative colors rows), I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs within PowerApps currently.
