How do i compare two lists?

Hello, i'm hoping someone can point me to a good tutorial on comparing two lists, and then moving corresonding values form list A to list B. I've found out how to convert my lists to arrays, and then see if the values of list A are contained in the other arrray, but i havent been able to then move data from list A to B. does anyone have a good method of doing this?

@Frac To move data from one list to another first use create item action so that you can create line item from List A to List B then you can use Delete item action to remove that entry from List A.

@Hardesh15 thanks for the reply, i think the part that i am stuck on is matching the records so i know the ID of the destination list. for example, i can tell that both lists have the same email address, but i don't know how to then say put this item from list A into this spot on list B.
