Generative asnwer option is inactive when deploying Azure OpenAI chatbot in Copilot Studio.

Hello all,

 

I have created a chatbot in Azure OpenAI Studio, and everything works fine within the studio. However, when I deploy it to Copilot Studio (preview), I encounter some issues which ultimately prevent the chatbot from functioning.

Firstly, the generative answer option that leads to the conversational boosting system topic is inactive.

There is no conversational boosting topic available.

Secondly, the deployment/API/data index information must be transferred, but this is not happening.

Has anyone faced similar problems?

I would appreciate your help.

    Same problem here. What's more strange it did somehow work three weeks ago. My question is posted here Conversational boosting topic won't work with Azure OpenAI and search service (powerplatform.com).
