Its possible that a retry actually worked. I would have to see the entire flow to fully understand it and what would cause the file to maybe not exist at first, and then it is seen so its moved.
If you are 100% sure all the files were moved, and I see in the Apply to each there are 9 iterations of that loop (Apply to each), then I would click through all 9, verify which ones said they worked, and which ones failed.
Also, if you are doing certain things, you should NOT use an Apply to each and its base defaults or you can get silly errors.
Try clicking the ... on the Header of the Apply to each
turn on Concurrence and set it to 1
now I dont know what you are doing, but either a retry worked, or some did fail and you just dont' think so. Or, its an async threading issue, and you are getting lucky.
Either way I would look very closely at the one that says it failed, but make sure you are moving through the Apply to each in the Run, to verify if all 9 says they failed, yet moved, or if 1 or 2 say that and a retry worked. Which btw, if you have the defaults, its 4 retries, so you can look at that action and see how many retries if any it did.
