hello everyone I have created an app that everyone in our company should have access to. Since several hundred employees work in our company, I am looking for a solution to make the app public or to give a group approval.
I want to avoid releasing each employee individually 😅

You can share with Office365 Groups if they are security-enabled. If you are using SharePoint, you can share both the app and the List wit the Group and simply add members.
External sharing however is not as simple - the external user either has to have at least a suitable (for the connector) Office365 licence or needs to be added to your tenant.

basically a good idea, but I would have to recreate this Office group. means I would have to add each employee or ask each employee to join the group. I would have liked to have avoided that!
can not set this app as a share "public"?
I had a look at our company and I can share with "Everyone in xxxxx" if I wish, so that is probably the best way.
