PowerApps Barcode scanner and Lists integration

Hi all, 
 
I hope that this is is the correct place to post this.
 
We're using Microsoft lists to track our assets and we have some barcode stickers that we'd like to use to track our items.
 
Is there a way to use our pre-existing stickers with PowerApps that we can sync up with Lists to check items in and out?
