Populating a Power Automate email with details of a new Sharepoint item

Hi all,

Am after some advise as a total Power Platform noob please.

I have a process whereby a user completes a Power App form, which then populates a Sharepoint list triggering Power Automate to send an email to a specific email address containing the details of the new submission. The form is branched, with users selecting an option on Screen 1 which then takes them to a relevant second page.

What I need to know is, when creating the 'Send an email' segment in Power Automate, how do I populate so that only information from the 'branched' page is sent?

Please ask any questions to clarify, as I don't feel I have described very well what I am looking for.

Many thanks

I would need some more information on this, what is the actual mean when you say you have branch in your powerapp/power automate. Would you be able to share example so we could understand it?

    To clarify.

Screen1 of the Power App has a question which is a dropdown with various options. Depending on what option is selected determines which screen displays next.

    Question:
What type of printing do you require
    Answer options:
    • Booklet
    • Postcard
    • Letter
    • Business card
Each of those answers have questions specific to that type of print. So I need to know that if someone selects 'Booklet' for example, how do I create the Power Automate email to send only those answers.
