Hello,

For some reason i received the tile and the seats on my o365 tenant but when i try to use it , i get Unknown Tenant

    Hi Anderson,

    Please provide your email and user name that you used to request the invite.

    In addition, please confirm that youcan log into Office365 or verify that you can log into your AAD
