So, I've built a Power BI report that utilizes Power Automate to send emails. The flow works fine w/ me. The tester (who will be a user) is a run only user. What we're trying to accomplish is for her team to be able to use the report to send emails from their Outlook mailbox. So, if Jim triggers the flow, the email will be sent from his account; if Janet triggers the flow, Janet's mailbox will send the email.
This works for me when I use it. Everything works fine. But when the tester/user uses it, it fails. When I look at the details, it says it's Forbidden. When I look at the connection used, it shows my email address, which is why it fails (she doesn't have permission to email from my email address).
How do I enable it to dynamically send from the user's email (meaning the tester or her team)? Do I need to create a shared email and use that? I'm at a loss. When I click on manage connections for embedded connections, the page times out and I am not able to access it.
There has to be a way to accomplish this. Thank you so much!
