Hi there,

Does any of you know how much it will cost to have a MS 365 E3 plan plus a MS word connector per user per month in CAD?

Sorry but the pricing and plans page form MS is really confusing.

The list price is $10 per app per user per month or $40 for unlimited apps per user per month. But the actual price will vary across organizations due to discounting. It is best to talk with your MS licensing partner to get the true cost to your company.

Another idea is to build the Word connector piece using a Flow linked to a 'service account' to save money. If the service account runs the Flow instead of the user in PowerApps you would only need a license for the service account. I can't go into much more details on this on the forums, its just a general strategy you could look into. The Power Automate forums would surely be able to contribute assistance if this is the path you choose.
