Hi, everyone. I'm newbie.

I need notification to Teams channel when someone create or upload files from Site Pages library, that published, and Documents library in SharePoint online. and new video, that add to Stream channel.

Requirement

When someone add new video to Stream specific channel. Then post message to Teams channel. The message will show Video name, Published by, Link.
When someone upload new file to SPO site (Directory library). Then post message to Teams channel. The message will show File name, Created by, Link.
When someone published new page to SPO site (Site Pages library). Then post message to Teams channel. The message will show Page name, Published by, Link.

I tried to use Power Automate. but I got some issues.

Power Automate don't have action from Stream.
When I create new page on SPO site. but it is not publish yet. Power Automate will trigger since I create new, So it not publish and file name is not correct.
When someone create new page on SPO site. Power Automate did not trigger.
When I upload file to Directory libraly on SPO site. Power Automate did not trigger.
