I don't think so....that is Power Automate's tool bar for navigating the features of Power Automate.

Why would you want to modify that? Are you looking to create shortcuts???

@crowdjsthanks for the reply.. I want to add a link which takes the user back to a SharePoint site, as from a SharePoint site i am providing a link to the MS Flow page.

@johnjohn123 I am sure right now you have users going to Power Automate to trigger the flow to run. Eventually you should try to design automation so that the user does not realize they are using flow. It should be seamless.

If there is a way to trigger the flow from what ever task they are doing in SharePoint, I would do that. So that you can hide the implementation of Power Automate from end users. Then you can notify them via teams chat or email when the flow is completed.

@crowdjs  thanks for your reply, but your assumption is not correct about my case. what i am doing is that inside SharePoint i added links which take the users to the MS Flow Approvals page, so they can approve/reject the MS Flow approval requests, and i want to add a link inside MS Flow UI to take the users back to the SharePoint site.. is this possible?

Sorry I guess I still do not understand the entire process. But I believe the answer is still the same. Modifying the left navigation bar in Power Automate is not an option. You will have to use another method to send notifications and links to and from SharePoint.

Why can email notification of the approval not be used? You can approve/reject an item via email and send a link to the SharePoint item in the email.( I know the image attached is an over simplification of your problem). Approving/Rejecting does not have to be done within the Power Automate->Action items->Approvals section.
