Hello,
We are trying to create a flow in which we are trying to find an email address in a pdf. We are doing so by recognizing all the email entities in the pdf and then selecting the first (and usually the only email in the pdf). All the pdfs contain an email, but sometimes this flow returns an index '0' out of range error.
Any suggestions?

Which action is giving the error? - is it the Recognize entities or the Crop Text?
Based on your post I am assuming it is the Crop Text.
If so, it is possible that the comma "," you have given may not be present in the RecognisedEmail.
Can you put a Display Message box or write the RecognisedEmail to a Notepad file before executing the Crop Text and see what is in it.
