I have used Office365 Outlook in a canvas app to send emails. But users cant login because the app can not create the connection for outlook for on-permises Exchange accounts. These Microsoft account aren't on cloud due to security policies. Alternatives like Mail connector and SMTP connector have their own problems.
Does anybody have any suggestion for me?

I've faced a similar problem and managed to solve it by creating a SharePoint table. When an email needs to be sent, a row is created containing by Power Apps with a column with the email address and another with the email body (multiple lines of text). PowerAutomate triggers the email when the row is created, and if successful, a Yes/No column is marked as sent.
In this way also, emails are sent from a corporate account instead of the user's own account! In Power Apps, having multiple Outlook accounts at once continues to cause problems.
