Hi all,

I am using custom pages within a Model-Driven app, and recently, I encountered an issue where the pages were not loading at all. The issue turned out to be the new Analysis engine, which I turned off for all the pages, and the app started working. However, after this, I am getting the following message: "Shared App host initialization has timed out," and the pages do not load at all. Has anyone come across such a scenario?

I also tried playing the web version of this app, and I got this message.

I created a new sandbox environment and started everything from scratch, and everything works there, but this is strange and means I have to re-do everything. Is there a workaround you might have come across?

Just to keep everyone posted. I connected with Microsoft support and they confirmed that this was an issue with the maintenance done on the authoring version. This is now fixed.

Since this seems to be caused by the new analysis engine, you might want to add it to this post.

The problem you're seeing doesn't seem to be in the list of known issues, so you might want to reach out the Microsoft people who posted their email addresses in that post.
