Remove unnecessary Apply to each loops with the first() function

Hi everyone,

I was reading this blog on Microsoft Tech Commmunity:

And i was wondering if removing unnecessary Apply to each loops with the first() function was just an accessory/esthectic measure, or it could improve the speed of my flow?

It depends on each given flow - there is no an universal answer.

But do you think that using it could worsen the speed ? Or in the best case just change nothing ?
