Column Chart Metrix Reporting

Hello All,

I have prepared power app in which all requests can be raised and the requested items will be saved to the gallary in which the tasks will get assigned to the team members. I have number of gallaries (each gallary contains different type of requests).

I wanted total count of each type of requests to a assigner. I found the formula already which is CountRows(Filter(Gallery1.AllItems,'Format reviewer'.DisplayName = "Employee Name")). This formula works for me. Now my requirement is, in a column chart x labels should appear employee names and series should be different type of requests total count such as five different types of requests (which reflects in series 1, series 2, series 3, series4) for each employee.

I got a formula for this as well but all series were reflecting the same. AddColumns(GroupBy(AddColumns('Request QC Review', "name1", 'Formart reviwerer'.DisplayName), "name1","Formatreviewer"),"EmployeeName",CountRows(Filter(Gallery1.AllItems,'Format reviewer'.DisplayName = "EmployeeName")), and soo on.

By using the above formula, all my series were reflecting same, but I want each employee count's different request's total count in each series. Lets say there are 5 types of tasks and employee 1 received sharepoint task 1, powerapps task 2, Microsoft teams task 3, then I need column to be 1,2,3 under employee 1, and soo on for rest of the colleagues. When I try to set series to employee count then all series where reflecting the same employee count not the different employee count. Please help me out with this
