Is there a way to extract information (member + manager) in the same go from a dynamic group?
no, you can get the members and with another call get the owners of the group.
I don't think there are managers of a group
Looking into a member, in the dynamic group, selecting properties I will find the member with first name, last name, user principal name and further down I will find manager below Job Information. So these are the attributes that I would need to get extracted in some way.
there is a get manager action in the office365users connector, that will take the upn and return the manager of the user you put in
