I have uploaded 250+ item in SharePoint list and bind it with PowerApp drop down.

When I am trying to view data from PowerApp its showing only top 100 records.

Is there any way that we can view complete data (250+) in drop down?

Please respond asap as this is on priority.

For the lookup, the control shows the first 100 items, but it supports search. Can you please try running the app and typing in the lookup control, it will show the first 100 relevant results.

For your query on sorting, I am guessing it is about the first screen. The sort order of the Gallery is controlled by the formula in the Items property of the Gallery. There is a workaround, please try to create a separate custom list in sharepoint with the items, and then referencing that list in my original list. This worked for me.
