Hey Guys,

im trying to make an Flow which can move and sort my files on a Sharepoint Website. I never worked with Power Automate thus i have problems finding out on how to do it.

The Flow should follow these Steps:

1.Detecting a new file in the Yammer folder and all subfolders
2.Query of metadata (labels such as program type etc.) !!!!!
3.When new file has been uploaded. Query via chatbot whether this file should be moved to video sequences
yes= 4. Assignment of labels etc.
5.Information is sent back and the data is then populated according to the choices
no= file stays as it is and label General is added to topic/program

Hopefully you guys can help me. Thanks!

Dear J,
Since you are new, sometimes it can work better to try and amend an existing Template, rather than developing from scratch. Suggest you take some time to browse through the Templates in PA, pick one closest to your needs and customize this to fit your situation.
Do try everything and fail often ... best way to learn.
