I know it probably has been talked before, but I just want to confirm if anything new came up.
Can custom connectors be moved to "business data only" group when "no business data allowed" group is the default group in a Data Policy?

I am afraid that it is currently not supported to move custom connectors to the Business data only group.
If you want to function that you mentioned to be supported in Microsoft Flow, you could vote for the similar ideal in the forum below:
Also you could post your idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.
