Combo Box Patch Function for Lookup column

Hello Community,

 

I am working on Patch function got stuck here while I am performing patch function.

 

In a table I have lookup column and I am taking multiple selection in this Like Preferred Job Location.

 

Patch(Candidate_Master_Table, Defaults(Candidate_Master_Table) {

Location_ID: Lookup(Location_Master_Table.Location_ID = comboboxlocation.selecteditem)

})

 

It's showing errors.

 

Please fix this, I am working in data verse table.

    Hi @zeyaul-hoda ,

     

    Since your data source is a DataVerse table, I would recommend using the RELATE function.

    Hello @zeyaul-hoda,

     

    It seems you're missing a comma in the formula between Defaults and the record selection

     

    Patch(Candidate_Master_Table,

    Defaults(Candidate_Master_Table),

    {Location_ID: Lookup(Location_Master_Table.Location_ID = comboboxlocation.selecteditem)}

    )

    Yes, It's related table only and the value which should submit in Location master table
