Extract data from Excel (not standardize Rows and columns)

Hi:

I am totally new to Power Automate and have a project where I need to extract data (Date and time for the Team meeting and the people for the meeting) from an Excel spreadsheet (screen shot below) and then send the invite via Outlook which will create a Team meeting link. The grey area means no meeting to be set. The row in which the data is located will always be the same. Will I be able to check for ex: row 5 if it has a value and then go to the same column on row 9 to extract the date, time, and the people? Otherwise, bypass that column

Row 17 is another area and there are multiple areas on the spreadsheet but again, the format is the same. Each area will contain all the weeks for the month.

Or will it be easier to extract the information needed (Date, Time, People) using a  different tool and put it into a more standardize Excel for Power Automate to then just send out the invite in Outlook creating a Teams link.
