@JR45 You may find this YT Tutorial helpful: How to Get a Microsoft Form RSVP Response into a SharePoint List
Although this tutorial covers how to get the MS Form data into a SP List, the concepts covered can be applied to your flow. Simply insert the dynamic content from the form into the Body field of your action.
While building and testing your flow I would actually recommend composing the body of your email using a Compose action. Remove the Send an email with options action all together. You can quickly trigger tests and review the output of the Compose action before using it in the Send an Email action. This will speed up your flow building process so you don't need to wait for an email to arrive.
