Hello, I have a SharePoint list where I have column Status with ID 1. Status can be "Available" or "Not available".  When status is "Not available" I want some buttons to be disabled. This is my code for button.DisplayMode:

If(
 LookUp(
 'Status of application',
 ID = 1,
 Title
 ) = "Not available",
 DisplayMode.Disabled,
 DisplayMode.Edit
)

 If user in application and status is changed, Display Mode is not reset. Even when user move to another page, DisplayMode is still not reset.

BUT when user refresh page browser, DisplayMode is reset and buttons became unavailable. How can I solve this problem?

    I would recommend setting a variable based on the result, then using that variable to set your display mode.

    Hi @Aleksandra1

    I would use the advice of @ConnorDeasey  to use a variable.

    For example in the OnChange property of your Status field:

    If(
     ThisItem.Status = "Not available",
     Set(varStatus, DisplayMode.Disabled),
     Set(varStatus, DisplayMode.Edit)
    )

     On the OnVisible property of your screen:

    Set(varStatus, If(
     LookUp(
     'Status of application',
     ID = 1,
     Title
     ) = "Not available",
     DisplayMode.Disabled,
     DisplayMode.Edit
    ))

    In the DisplayMode property of your button:

    varStatus
