Slowness in editing actions in PAD, which has 105 subflows

Hi,

We have an UI flow created with 105 subflows. Whenever we create or edit an action inside any subflow, it takes around 5 minutes to refresh and the screen hangs.

Why is this happening. does anybody has any idea on this. or Is there any workaround for the same.

Note: To be precise, to create 10 actions in a subflow, it takes 20 mins.

Thanks

    Hi @testthirdware

Could you let us know how many actions are there in the desktop flow in total approximately?

Also would be helpful to get the following specs for the machine:

CPU, RAM, HDD, .NET Framework version, OS

    Hi @testthirdware

Thank you for the machine specs. Please note that the official machine requirements for PAD have not been released yet, but based on some preliminary tests we have performed, the specs that you mentioned look sufficient.

May I ask if the CPU and/or RAM spikes to 100% usage when you are encountering this issue?

Also, are there any other intensive processes that are running on the machine at the same time?

    Hi,

When it happens, the CPU is at 50% and RAM 85% usage at that time of slowness.

There are no other tedious processes running simultaneously

    Thanks and Regards,

    Hi @testthirdware

    Thank you for the feedback.

I'll pass that to the team to investigate if we could enhance that behavior.

    Thank you!
