Hi all,

I am trying to create a workflow where i can move junk emails into a subfolder in my inbox. My first test was using a colleagues email address, it worked by selecting:

When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2) / From (colleagues email). + Step of: Move email (V2) / Message id : selected message id option. As soon as a new email from him came into my inbox, it was moved to the folder I selected.
I even added subject condition: When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2) / From (colleagues email) AND Subject Filter.

However, when i replaced my colleagues email to the email i am actually trying to use, nothing happened. Is it because is a @noreply.com address? I changed first to:
When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2) / Subject Filter + Step of: Move email (V2) / Message id : selected Message id option. Check screenshots below.
And then to: When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2) / Subject Filter + Step of: Move email (V2) / Message id : selected Subject option. Even when selecting Subject, it gave the same error.
What I am missing here?

Thank you!

    Use only this:

When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2) / Subject Filter + Step of: Move email (V2) / Message id : selected Message id option.
