Hi,

I am trying to do a simple populate text on a web page but I am getting this error, any ideas as to why it is failing?

UI Element & Error are Attached.

Hi @Shaunbuckleyy12

As you have taken the ID of the element, It's better to check other available selector as well, like some fixed value, where it identifies the element correctly

So, the error here is that the Id of the element got changed and that's the reason it got error out, so try to search what more tags addition makes the element more robust

As @Srini007 said, you likely just need to modify your selector to use a different attribute than the Id, as the Id might actually change on a new session.

This was the exact problem guys, ID kept changing each time the chrome application reloaded. Thanks so much for the help 🙂
