How to Scale an embedded App only to a specific MAX size

Hi,

I have an App embedded in Dynamics that I generally want to scale, but only to a maximum number of pixels, because otherwise it will look strange when things get too big.

 

Can anyone help me out?

Lets see up until 1366 x 768 it should behave like a normal scaling app, but above the size it should still behave like 1366 x 768.
