We are creating notes through patch function in Canvas App. After submission, recently added notes are not appearing immediately. I used the "Collect" function again on submit to get the recent records submitted. This is working in Edit mode. I published these changes and they are not working in the user mode. I'm not able to understand why it is working in the edit mode but not in the user mode.

Could you please share more details about your scenario? From your description I could not figure out how many controls you were using in the App, this stops me reproducing or testing from my end.
Please consider share some screenshots which could help a lot.
