Hello.

I created an app using an Excel file stored on "OneDrive for Business".

I need to change the file from "OneDrive for Business" to "Sharepoint".

On PowerApps, when I try to make the Sharepoint connection, this error appears:

The URL is the correct. 100% sure.

Can you help me changing the DataBase to Sharepoint?

Thank you.

Is there a specific reason you prefer excel over a sharepoint list? Excel will have conflict errors if you are creating an app that will be used by multiple people accessing the same datasource at same time, so if you are just beginning your app, and there is no specific reason to use excel, I would recommend starting with a SharePoint List to save headaches later.

    Hello.

I started the app using an Excel file but, after finishing it, I realized that Sharepoint would be a better solution.

That's why I would like to change the connection.

Yes so, you won't be just moving the excel file to sharepoint. You will need to create a SP List, and set up all the columsn and data types for those columns to closely match your original vision. Then in powerapps goto add data source, then slect sharepoint, and select from available options (site, page etc) until you narrow it down to having your list there. Then you click the list and begin referencing that in your app

It looks to me that you are IN a document folder or something like that ON the sharepoint page, instead of on the sharpoint page itself. What you need to do is be on the main SharePoint page that you own, and then your + menu looks like this instead

If you don't have ownership/or partial ownership of a sharepoint site you will probably need your companys administration team to create and assign you a page.
