Why are you trying to Delete an item that has already been deleted?  You are using the When an item is deleted trigger and then trying to delete the same item using the ID from the trigger.  That isn't going to work since the item is already deleted.

Re: The response is not in a JASON format

I have used a new flow with get items below to that trigger and then the same action, but still it shows no flow history with same error as 'response is not in Jason format' along with unauthorized access to that trigger

Is it because I don't have site collection admin or global admin access?

Whatever is the case but atleast flow to run

Are all the SharePoint actions for the same list?  What exactly are you trying to accomplish?  At this point it looks like when one record is deleted delete all the other records.  Is that the intent?

Re: The response is not in a JASON format

No, I have created a new flow, it works now, the requirement was if any item from source is deleted  the same should be deleted from destination list too

I created some test lists from my account with full control access and it works

Previously I was using buisness production lists,

I feel I don't have the proper access to perform the same activity

Because while testing on some test list created by me , the flow atleast ran, but back then with business production list it gave me unauthorized error there was no flow history

So I feel a proper access is needed admin ones

    Isn't it?

Re: The response is not in a JASON format

How are you getting the ID from the Destination list?  Its not guaranteed to be the same as the ID in the Source list.  Are you using a unique field in the Get Items to filter the things coming back from the Destination?
