On Friday morning had a call from my users that the apps they have been using for 2 years have stopped working, when i investigated the problem i noticed that the production environment had gone missing with my 30 apps and all my flows, i am frantic as the company has virtually come to a standstill, is there anyone out there who can help.

I suggest you quickly create a support request in the Admin Centre.
I would also suggest for the future that you use the Export Package function in the top menu, which saves both the Power App and any associated Flows into a local file. I also use it in the reverse to move apps from Test to Production environments.
