What should happen in the "if no" section of the condition when no actions are required, and the flow should simply end.
The flow is successful if I simply leave 'If no' blank, not adding an action. I am not able to use a terminate action because this flow is in an apply to each loop. Is there any workaround to terminate such a flow?

If this is within an Apply to each action, you do not need to do anything if you don't need anything to occur when the condition is not met.
