I am having two lists : SP List 1 & SP List 2

SP List 2 will have the attachments with the SP List 1 ID(ID in SP List1 will act as Foreign Key).

From the power apps, I will send the SP List 1 ID as the trigger to the flow.

Power Automate Process:

1.First I need to filter the SP List 2 using SP List 1 ID using Get Items action. I will get the SP List 2 Unique IDs. I am collecting all those IDs in one array.

2.Then I need to get the attachments and content with the array and need to send approval with attachments.

Please help me on this flow.

Hi @Sathya2 ,

You could use an "Apply to each" action, and use the item() function to get the contents of the attachments in SP List 2 corresponding to each ID.

I have same issue - I need your help
I have two SharePoint list with same item around 900 time in both SharePoint now I want to copy only attachment from list1 to list2 for each project Id because project Id is a unique identifier between both list
Please assist with any sample flow for power automate and manual trigger flow
