I have created a flow that is triggered by the submission of a Microsoft Form, it takes the responses and populates a Word template, creates a file, runs through a loop to gather any attachments submitted by the form intake, appends the attachments (various types of file extensions) and the word document, which is then used to populate the attachment in the email that is sent out. The whole flow works beautifully, with one small glitch. The Word document attaches to the email, but with no file extension, so the user has no idea how to open the document. It will open when the user is prompted to choose how to and picks Word. The other attachments all show there file extensions regardless of being images, Excel, pdf. I am wondering how to make sure that the Word document shows as a Word document?
