flow and date in different enironments

I have a flow that works wonderful in my environment and is using my OneDrive with the files.. Now starts the next step: The workflow runs still in my environmemt, the files are now in an other environment. The workflow works mostly with excel. Adding and deleting table lines and so on. How can I get the files and change the content and write the files back to the other environmemnt? Must I work with a gateway or are there functions in power automate / power platform?

Assuming that "environment" is referring to the Power Automate or Power Apps environments, you should not face any issue with accessing Excel/OneDrive while your workflow runs in a different environment.

thank you for your reply. Iif I understand your reply correct, there will be no problem to have the flow in our company environment and the excel files in the environment of our customer. But I didn’t found a connector to get the needed dates from a excel file when the file is in a different environemnt. Actual I work with Excel Online (Business) and e.g. "Add a row into a table" or "Get a Row". There is no way to get dates out of another environment.

That scenario (flow in your company's environment, but data in the customer's company's environment) is not supported. I thought "environment" meant Power Automate environment in the same company.

One way to access the files in a different company is to have the other company create a guest account for you. That guest account should be given access to the files and then you can create a connection to Excel Online using the guest account.

When I work with a guest account to flow must also run in this account. So the costumer can see the structure auf the flow?

It is possible to create/manage a Flow in Company1 and create a connection to Excel Online using guest account in Company2.

how can I do this. E.g. I use "Update a Row" of Excel online (Business). Can I fetch the excel file with the right statements in the location? Can you give me an example?
