Hi,

I'm trying to build a solution for something and I'd like to know, if there's a possibility to connect a particular response for a particular sharepoint item. The situation would be like this:

New sharepoint list item is created.
In that item there is a column that is left blank.
Send an email to the creator of that item with a link to MS Forms.
Get response from creator and connect it to the SP item to the blank unfilled column that he created a few moments ago.

Is there a way to do this?
