when an excel file is added to a folder in OneDrive or SharePoint, I want to take the data and move it to a SharePoint list. The layout of the spreadsheet will always be the same. what's my best option? I see how to trigger a flow when file is added to a folder in onedrive, but I don't see how to get it to the Excel connector.

There is no any way to get the data from a file when the file is new created in the same flow.
Microsoft flow could only get data from a file that is existed before the flow runs, and it couldn't get data from a file that is new created when the flow runs.
