Error with date conversion

Hello - I'm trying to convert the date and time to a user friendly format but get an error. Could someone take a second look to find where I am going wrong?

Logic:

Error:

Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Append_to_string_variable' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'The template language function 'item' must not have any parameters.'.

    Please use item()?['Received_Time'].

    I resolved it by removing everything from the Items function. Also, the Received Time is termed differently when power automate processes it (odd but it's the case). Power Automate accepted receivedDateTime.
