How do I incorporate a second onenote sheet into my file structure?

My code currently waits for a user to create a project number and title and uses that input to create a file structure based off this template. Problem is it does all of this but does not copy the last one note project management checklist file. Will I need to do another HTML request to accomplish this? I am really stuck on how to do this.
