Premium connectors used by nonpremium users

I'm using premium connectors in my app, SQL, for example. Will users who don't have premium licenses still be able to interact with the data the connector provides? Like selecting, updating, deleting, etc, as long as the connector itself is valid?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    Users without a Power Apps per user license will not be able to use the app unless a per app license is assigned:
