What type of Authentication have you configured in the show advanced options section of the HTTP action?
If you haven't configured any authentication yet you could use Active Directory OAuth authentication in there. This article from Lee Ford is a great starting point for that setup:

Explanation is nice and clear, but I faced this problem
Http request failed as there is an error getting AD OAuth token: 'AADSTS7000215: Invalid client secret is provided.

Used Secret Value > OK
Used Secret ID > Not OK
