Conditions for converted time from an email

Good morning, community.

I am trying to build my OOO auto-replies following this idea:

> An email arrives

> PA checks received time

> PA converts the received time (UTC) variable into Pacific Standard Time (hh:mm tt)

> PA triggers an OOO auto-reply if the converted received time is lesser than 11:00 a.m.

When conducting tests, it throws a false statement (it should be true right now).

What am I doing wrong?

    Hi @jdvelasquez

Please try to add the ticks function to both sides of the condition, the ticks function can turn the time into a number representing the time.

    Hi Lily,

I am sorry for my late response.

I tried your suggested workaround and it did the job.

Still, I need to wait until 5:01 p.m. PST to make sure the greater than 5:00 p.m. condition works.

Thank you for sharing the reference guide on what ticks can do.

    Best,

    Joshua
