I want to run my power automate but there is always an error because my Update_Item always says it didn't find the desired list. I see it's because the ID I sent doesn't match, here it's written 0 but I've definitely set the value from power apps and it shouldn't be 0. I don't know what todo at this point
Try storing the datacardvalue41 text to a variable and pass the variable to the flow.

@Deltodeus call your flow in the OnSuccess property of the form. As you refer to LastSubmit very likely it is still empty as the form was not submitted when you call the flow.
