Is it possible to trigger an action when a new tweet appears, irrespective of search text value entered? (Like a regular expression)
Please advise.

It isn't possible since there could be thousands of tweets coming per second.

I was just trying to push all the tweets that comes under my account & send it to spreadsheet file.
And do a Sentiment analysis on those whole data.
