Can I use PVA to respond to a chat directed to me in Teams?

I have created a chatbot that people can summon, but I want something different. When someone messages me on Teams, I want a chatbot to reply when, say, my manager is messaging me to make sure I'm in front of Teams. Is this possible? Thanks!

Good use-case 😄 (funny also)

The answer is: No, you can't send proactive messages using the PVA bot yet on Teams.

It's a planned feature: Start bot conversations with proactive triggers | Microsoft Docs

BUT... you can create partially this automation using Power Automate + Teams using this trigger: Microsoft Teams - Connectors | Microsoft Docs
